Palm Springs Air Museum Chili Cook Off

On Saturday, December 5, 2009, the Palm Springs Air Museum holds the 4th Annual Aviation and Military Book Fair at and the 2nd Annual Chili Cook-Off. Both these events offer something for families of all ages and interests. 

Book Fair:  10 am – 4 pm: From combat pilots and pioneer women pilots to the women and children left behind, these authors are sure to touch your hearts as they re-live the history of the greatest generation. Ten authors will be on hand to autograph purchased books and answer questions.  (Included with paid admission to the museum)
Chili Cook Off: 11 am – 3 pm: taste and vote for your favorite type of chili: 7 tastes for $5

Admission price ranges from $5.00 -$12.00 (Discounts not valid on Saturdays)

Children under 6 and active military with ID are free.

The Palm Springs Air Museum is an educational non-profit organization whose mission is to Preserve, Educate and Honor.  Over 28 flyable planes and interactive exhibits are housed in 75,000 square feet of climate-controlled hangars.
