Advanced Composite Structures is a world leader in Rotor Blade / Composite Structure repair technologies for fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.  We provide helicopter rotor blade repairs and composite structure repairs for Bell, Eurocopter, MD Helicopters, Schweizer and Sikorsky helicopter models.  As well, we provide fixed-wing aircraft composite repairs for Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Pilatus and Fokker aircraft models.


New Facility

Advanced Composite Structures is dedicated to total Customer satisfaction which has resulted in a commitment to a new processing facility. This facility has been transformed into a State Of The Art – Aircraft Composite Component Repair Facility, providing both rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft operators with a full compliment of composite repair services from primary to tertiary structures.

Extensive Capabilities

Capabilities include in-house repair designs, bonding processes ranging from room temperature to 350 ° F hot bonds, negative or positive pressure techniques, and in-house tooling design thus providing any composite repair requirement from the basic to the most complex and giving our customers the highest level of confidence.
